By accessing or using Karkai (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The Service
Karkai provides educational tools and content for interview preparation. Features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service—for example by attempting to access others’ data, disrupt systems, scrape or automate access in violation of our rules, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, pricing, and billing are described on our pricing page and at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we explicitly offer.
Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal learning. Do not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer except as allowed by law.
User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to run the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit it.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, employment, or scores. Educational content is for learning only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, zero).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the jurisdiction we designate (or where required, your local mandatory protections) may hear disputes.
